Lumistead grew out of Evergrow Advisory, a Big Four trained firm serving a bilingual US and Asia client base. The firm built an internal AI operating system to run its own engagements — cash reconciliations, PP&E rollforwards, ASC 842 schedules, disclosure checklists, PBC triage, pre-delivery quality gates.
The procedures encode partner-level review rules learned on real audits and filings. Lumistead is that system, opened to the companies that need it most and cannot hire for it.
